Is this bamboo pillow good for side sleepers?

Will this pillow go flat over time?

This pillow is supportive, comfortable, and won’t go flat. Our finely shredded proprietary foam and fiber mix were designed to contour to the shape of your spine, giving you proper orthopedic support, while keeping its buoyancy to allow your head and neck to remain in correct alignment throughout the night. Moisture is one way the pillow can lose some of its height over the years, but should the pillow ever become more flat, you can simply place it in the dryer on high heat setting for 10 to 20 minutes and that should re-infuse the air cells and allow the pillow to come back to its original state.

What size pillow should I get?

You can even spray some water on it and place in in the dryer on a high heat setting for 30 minutes if you wish to sanitize it completely. Though a much longer process, the whole Snuggle-Pedic pillow can absolutely be machine washed and dried, allowing it to be cared for in the same way as your regular laundry.
