With our Kool-Flow micro-vented fabric, there is more breathability and conforming stretch that will allow the bamboo pillow to self-adjust to you, as well as for you to gather or spread out the foam. This makes dimensions somewhat changeable, but with our cut sizes listed below, you can get a fairly accurate idea as follows:

The high-density proprietary shredded foam mix we use is for our bamboo pillows is inherently dust mite resistant, without the need to add any dangerous chemicals like some products do. Our bamboo and polyester blended cover is also made in the USA and completely hypoallergenic. All of our foam is non-toxic and has been tested and shown to be made WITHOUT ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, without phthalates and be low in VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
