Who makes Snuggle-Pedic?
Our company is called Relief-Mart, Inc. and we are the makers of the Snuggle-Pedic. We have manufactured mattresses, pillows and other comfort products for nearly 20 years and the Snuggle-Pedic is a new innovation that we only recently introduced to the public. The Snuggle-Pedic uses the same all 100% made in the U.S.A. materials we use on our very high quality mattresses.
Are Your Products Made In The U.S.A. and are any components of your pillows and mattresses imported from China?
It is true that when a company says “Made in the U.S.A.,” unfortunately, it does not mean that every component is made in the U.S.A. and in fact, it may mean that only the final assembly is done in the U.S., despite the fact the the FTC has regulations for allowing a company to use the claim “Made in the U.S.A.” However, we are one of the few pillow/mattress companies that has had our entire supply chain audited and certified as all U.S. made. Our pillows are one such example, as all the material is made in the U.S. and assembled in California. It is because we only use high-end, made in the U.S.A. components in our products that make them so durable and allow us to offer long warranties. The foam itself comes from the excess material found in our high-end mattresses that have been made into small pieces from our ventilator and shredding machine. Lastly, we support local jobs by hiring 100% of our staff right here in Southern California.
What are the dimensions of a mattress?
Here are the measurements of each size mattress: – Standard King: 76 x 80 inches – California King: 72 x 84 inches – Queen: 60 x 80 inches – Short Queen: 60 x 75 inches – Full: 53 x 75 inches – Twin XL: 38 x 80 inches – Regular Twin: 38 x 75 inches.
How does your mattress differ from your competitors’ mattresses?
First of all, our parent company is called Relief-Mart, Inc. and we have been manufacturing all U.S.A. made mattresses for over 15 years. Unlike other mattress companies such as Casper and Tuft & Needle, we manufacture every Snuggle-Pedic right in our Southern California facility and since we are the direct manufacturer and distributor, it not only gives us the ability to maintain the highest vigilance and product quality control possible, but it means that we can pass on our direct manufacturer savings to our customers. So you get more value for your hard earned dollars spent. We even offer our customers an industry leading 20-year warranty and 120-night sleep trial, as compared to other competitors which may offer zero or possibly a 10-year warranty and 30 to 100 night trial. With this trial, if for any reason the mattress does not perfectly suit your needs, we will even exchange or customize the mattress to suit your exact needs at no cost whatsoever (we even pay all shipping expenses)! Also, our ultra-luxurious bamboo Kool-Flow bamboo cover is made in the U.S.A. and is micro-vented for extra breathability. Lastly, we hold the patent on making a foam mattress more breathable with our Airflow Transfer System (thousands of very small holes connecting to open channels underneath), which helps reduce body heat build-up and it comes standard on every Snuggle-Pedic mattress. We even measured the air flow with a highly accurate anemometer and found that the Snuggle-Pedic has approximately 100 times more air flow than mattresses that just have ventilation holes or open channels, but not both.
